Kutak Rock partners Bradley Boyer and John Schembari collaborated to assist a senior entertainment industry executive in reaching an employment agreement with his new employer. Drawing on their various areas of experience, Boyer and Schembari were able to quickly review the proposed employment agreement, stock plan and other related documents, to counsel the client on key terms and engage in negotiations regarding revisions. The final terms of the agreement were favorable to the client and he was pleased with the results.

Boyer is a partner in Kutak Rock’s Los Angeles office where he focuses his practice on business litigation, frequently representing clients in the entertainment industry. Schembari is an employee benefits partner in Kutak Rock’s Omaha office and often consults with clients on executive compensation-related issues.
