Kutak Rock attorney Fred Marienthal authored a review of the book “Framed: America’s 51 Constitutions and the Crisis of Governance,” by Sanford Levinson. The review was published in the May 2014 issue of The Colorado Lawyer.
Marienthal describes the book as thought provoking while outlining the author’s discussions and analyses of certain structures contained in the U.S. Constitution and how those structures comport with or differ from similar provisions referenced in state and foreign governing documents. Marienthal also states “Framed” is the perfect book to read while taking constitutional law in law school.
