Ashley S. Dennis

Ashley primarily acts as bond counsel and disclosure counsel to municipal issuers in connection with the issuance of municipal bonds. She has represented a variety of clients, from large municipal entities to school and special districts. Ashley works to meet the financing needs of her clients through various types of transactions, including lease purchase financings, refundings and new money deals such as the issuance of general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, notes and certificates of participation. She regularly advises issuers on continuing disclosure obligations and related annual filing requirements. To date, Ashley has assisted in closing public finance transactions in an aggregate principal amount exceeding $2 billion

Ashley is the Associate Representative of the Firm’s National Inclusiveness and Diversity Committee and regularly participates in the firm’s efforts to create and maintain an inclusive environment.
