Arkan Haile, from the Denver office, recently joined the Board of Directors for the SIMS-Fayola International Academy.

Sims-Fayola International Academy Denver is founded on the shoulders of research-based evidence regarding a single-gender educational environment. The learning experience at the school focuses on the benefits of increased interaction of positive factors that significantly impact the educational experience.

Haile represents public and private companies in corporate and transactional matters, including formations, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial agreements, software licensing, corporate governance, loan and credit facilities and dispute resolution. In addition, he has substantial experience in the issuance of tax-exempt bonds as a former specialist in public finance.
